**This event has been rescheduled from April 5**
Join us for a this intergenerational arts and music festival inspired by the legacy of Calvin and Phineas Newborn! There will be artist talks by Violet Newborn and Marcella Simien as well as jazz music by Dewey and the Decimals and A Giant Slug! This is a great event for parents and grandparents to share with kids to show them how their heritage makes them unique! We can't wait to see you May 31 from 1:00pm-5:00pm for this unique celebration of heritage, the arts, and jazz!
1:00-1:30 Dewey and the Decimals (musical performance)
1:45-2:30 Marcella Simien (artist talk with music)
2:45-3:30 Violet Newborn (artist talk with art activity)
3:45-4:30 A Giant Slug (musical performance and dance party)
Food Trucks will be on site with food available for purchase.
