Event Details

Class will share with individuals the process of filing a small claim in Shelby County General Sessions Court on their own behalf (pro se). It will cover the court’s rules, decorum, filing procedures, service of process, presenting a case, and enforcement of judgement. 


Instructor: Julian R. Griffin is a paralegal professional with more than 20-years’ experience in executing detailed tasked in fast-paced and deadline driven environments. He has diversified experience in employment, social security, personal injury, and workers’ compensation law.
