Pro Se Divorce Workshop

Class will share with individuals the process of filing a small claim in Shelby County General Sessions Court on their own behalf (pro se).

Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive and/or coercive behavior used to gain or keep power and control of another person. It can include legal and illegal acts that undermine the victim’s sense of safety, self, and free will.

Memphis Area Legal Service offers free consultations to the public each second Friday of the month at 2pm. Appointments are by first come, first served.
