Program Description
Event Details
This is a small, project based sewing class, aimed at beginners and people just learning to sew, although more experienced sewers will have fun too!
All fabric, sewing machines, notions, patterns, and equipment to make your small project will be provided free of charge.
If you have a working, portable sewing machine, you're welcome to bring it, (with your own thread and bobbins) although many library sewing machines will be provided. Bringing your own sharp pair of scissors may help too!
This same program, with the same sewing project will occur on Thursday, 11/14 3-5 PM and Saturday 11/16 at both 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
Aspiring sewing students ages 8-12 are welcome, as long as an adult is available to come assist you.
Aspiring sewing students ages 13+ are welcome to come on your own.
