Program Description

Event Details

This course empowers individuals with the knowledge and tools to prioritize their mental health, build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Through interactive discussions it explores recognizing mental health symptoms, fostering healthy relationships, managing social media impacts and coping with transitions or loss. Students will learn to make their own ceramic piece, a wall pocket vase, and then decorate it with color.
 

Instructor: Dani Banderob is the owner of Dani Soul Art, a place where you can find unique works of ceramic art crafted from the heart and soul. She enjoys “slinging clay and making beautiful things for this world because art heals.”
