Program Description

Event Details

Circuit training all parts of the body particularly arms, legs and abdominals. No weights needed. Bring your own mat, towel and water.

Instructor: Felicia Crayton-Lloyd is NFPT, CPT and CNS certified. She is the co-founder of TechFit Resource Center. She is also a wellness instructor and has been a personal trainer for 15 years in circuit training and nutrition.
