Event Details

This course empowers individuals with the knowledge and tools to prioritize their mental health, build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Through interactive discussions it explores recognizing mental health symptoms, fostering healthy relationships, managing social media impacts and coping with transitions or loss.

Tara Seay, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. A proud Memphian with deep roots in the community, she draws on her personal experiences to connect with clients in meaningful and relatable ways. In addition to her private practice, she works with Christ Community Health Services, Lakeside Behavioral Health, and BetterHelp.
