Event Details
Join us at Levi for a fun take on the Biggest Loser Challenge. This 8-week program will be geared toward adults looking to achieve maintainable weight loss and healthy goals. Participants will hopefully gain a new outlook on exercise, weight loss, and healthy cooking/eating as well as learn how to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals. The top 2-3 losers (based on weight lose) will win a prize. Weigh-ins are every Monday and other activities will added weekly. Hope to see you at Levi.
This program will feature a session on how to prepare meals in glass jars!
