Event Details

Learners ages 65+ are invited to join Creative Aging teaching artist Carol Buchman for a 5-session journey into the works of prominent Harlem Renaissance artists, including William H. Johnson, Romare Bearden, and Faith Ringgold. Participants will create their own art pieces using a variety of materials and styles inspired by the artists studied.

    • No class on January 20 in observance of MLK Day

    • No class on February 17 in observance of Presidents' Day

  • Time: Mondays, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Location: Benjamin L. Hooks Library, Room L-56
