Join us at the Orange Mound Library for a special animated short film celebrating Bessie Coleman — the first woman of African American and Native American heritage to earn a pilot’s license!
Soar through the skies with colorful animation and inspiring storytelling as kids discover how Bessie followed her dreams and rose above every challenge.
After the film, we’ll have a fun discussion about courage, determination, and believing in yourself!
✨ Come fly with us and learn how courage can make dreams take flight.
