Program Description
Event Details
Led by Innovator-in-Residence and multimedia strategist Ena Esco, this interactive workshop is designed to help podcasters, creators, and storytellers elevate their interview skills and create conversations that truly connect.
Great interviews don’t happen by accident; they’re built through intentional research, active listening, and thoughtful follow-ups. In this session, participants will learn how to move beyond surface-level questions and uncover meaningful stories that resonate with audiences.
Through real-world examples, guided exercises, and practical techniques, attendees will explore how to:
- Research guests in a way that leads to deeper, more insightful conversations
- Listen with purpose and respond in the moment
- Ask follow-up questions that reveal powerful, untold stories
- Build authentic rapport that makes guests feel comfortable and open
Rooted in the mission of the Cossitt Library to foster innovation and community storytelling, this workshop empowers creators to sharpen their voice, strengthen their interviews, and produce content that leaves a lasting impact.
