Pro Se Divorce Workshop

These clinics are aimed at low-income and/or elderly couples who wish to pursue a divorce without the expense of retaining an attorney and will provide individuals with information and materials necessary to file a pro se (Latin term meaning “for self”) divorce in court.

Memphis Area Legal Services staff will provide the necessary forms to get an uncontested divorce, answer questions regarding the forms, and provide an overview about the divorce process. Click here to learn whether you qualify for a pro se divorce.
