It's that time again! Spring is here, so join us at Levi for our fun take on the Biggest Loser program. This 6-week program will be geared toward adults looking to achieve maintainable weight loss and healthy goals. Participants will hopefully gain a new outlook on exercise, weight loss, and healthy cooking/eating as well as learn how to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals. The top 2 winners (based on weight lose) will win a prize. Weigh-ins are every Monday.
