Join us at the Whitehaven Branch Library as we discuss staying fit and healthier eating options with Nam and his friends, in this live action puppet show.

"It's all about Balance"

Nam has been feeling tired and sluggish because he hasn’t been eating healthy foods and has been spending most of his time indoors playing video games. Mark and Sean talk with Nam about how the foods we eat affect our energy and health. They also encourage him to get outside, play, and stay active to feel his best!
