Remember hula hooping when you were younger? We are hosting hula hooping classes for adults here at Cordova Branch Library. Join us on May 13 and 27 at 10:30 on the library's front porch as our hooping expert, Wilanda F, leads the way, Hula Hoops are provided but you must register before joining in the fun. Also, you need to bring a towel and a water bottle.Please be sure to wear comfortable workout gear to class.  We insist you sign a waiver before the first class. It is also strongly recommended you check with your health care provider if you have any health issues or concerns. 

We are going to have a lot of fun but in a safe, comfortable manner.Hope to see all of you soon!
