The Health is Wealth program is a dynamic and engaging wellness initiative designed specifically for teenagers, focusing on the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through interactive workshops, group activities, and expert-led sessions, teens will learn how making healthy choices today can lead to a stronger, happier future.
This program covers essential topics such as nutrition, fitness, mental health, stress management, self-esteem, sleep hygiene, and the dangers of substance abuse. Teens will also develop practical skills like preparing balanced meals, creating exercise routines, managing emotions, and setting personal wellness goals.
By the end of the program, participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of how their daily habits impact their overall health—and how investing in their well-being is the greatest form of wealth.
