Stand Up, Speak Out: An Anti-Bullying Interactive Experience
A Creative Workshop Presented by Heal the Hood Foundation of Memphis
Ready to stop walking on eggshells and start walking with confidence?
The Memphis Public Library is partnering with the renowned Heal the Hood Foundation for a powerful session designed to equip tweens and teens with the tools they need to overcome bullying and toxic peer pressure.
Heal the Hood employs its unique, arts-based approach—featuring motivational speakers, cinematic skits, and engaging discussions—to transform challenging topics into practical life skills. You will learn:
- How to de-escalate conflicts and stand up for others.
- Creative ways to use your voice and art to influence your community for the better.
This isn't a lecture—it's an interactive experience to help you own your power.
A free lunch will be provided to all attendees.
