Program Description

Event Details

Are you curious about Dungeons & Dragons but never had the chance to play a game? Look no further! Join our game table and roll some dice at the Randolph Library!

Explore ancient Dwarvish ruins, "play" hide-and-seek with the local dragon, rescue innocent villagers from an orc attack, escort important characters across treacherous terrain and more! We will be playing the official D&D adventure "Dragon of Icespire Peak", a simple beginner-friendly campaign that should take player characters from level 1 to 6.

We will provide dice, character sheets and miniatures but if you want to bring your own that is fine as well!

This session will be SESSION EIGHT-- we will resume where we left off in Session Seven. Our players are currently making their way back to Phandalin, where after a brief rest they will be greeted with three new quest opportunities: 1) investigate rumors of an orc attack on Big Al's Butterskull Ranch; 2) deliver supplies to a nearby logging camp; 3) escort local legend Don-Jon Raskin to Mountain's Toe Gold Mine.

Attendance at all sessions is recommended but not required! New players are welcome to join mid-campaign. New players can bring their own already-created character or select from a roster of premade characters. Heads up! If you intend to bring your own character our party members are currently level 3.
