Creative Aging Studio Course: Faces and Spaces Painting Course

Join teaching artist Sarah Nowlin for this all-levels painting course exploring illustrative painting. Participants create work inspired by stories of Memphis heroes like Sister Constance and Tom Lee. The course is open to all skill levels. The course is open to all skill levels. This 6-week course meets on Thursdays from 11:00am-12:30pm at Whitehaven Library on 5.30, 6.6, 6.13, 6.20, 6.27, and 7.11. Please note there is no class on July 4. Must attend all six sessions. Faces and Spaces is a FREE Studio Course for learners 65+ is offered by Creative Aging in partnership with the Memphis Public Libraries. This partnership is supported by ArtsMemphis, H.W. Durham Foundation the Thomas W. Briggs Foundation, the Memphis Library Foundation, and the Memphis Public Library-Friends of the Library.
