The Black History Reading Corner With Regenia Dowell

"The Black History Corner" presents the final read-aloud for children to learn about the historical achievements of blacks in America.  We are pleased to have Mrs. Regenia Dowell to read to the children.  She has been an advocate for the educational success and well-being of all children, including her involvement with the Parent Teacher Association for over 35 years in various capacities -- former President and current Treasurer of the Frayser Community PTSA, Chairman of the TN PTA Family and Community Engagement Commitee, and has served on various other boards in the Memphis community.
