ABCs of Homebuying 4-Hour Session: Continuing Education & Lifelong Learning

In this 4-hour session you will learn about the pros and cons of renting versus buying a house. This session will share, step-by-step, the process of what it takes to become a homeowner and how real estate can become not only wealth but generational wealth.  

Instructor: Marva Wilson is a licensed realtor with Harris & Harris Realty Group, who has been in the real estate business since August 2007. Her niche is working with renters and transitioning them into 1st-time homebuyers. She works with a team of experts, including loan specialists, home inspectors, home warranty companies and closing attorneys, who assist in making the process easier.
