Bring your tablet, laptop, or smart device and receive one-on-one technical assistance in accessing the Library’s digital services.  This is not a formal class and customers receive assistance on a first-come first-served basis.  

Computer Basics covers basic computer skills for those who want to learn or improve their computer literacy. Please come with your questions and concerns. Laptops are provided, but feel free to bring your own.      

This class is designed to introduce the basic functions of  Microsoft Word for Office 365 in order to create professional documents, resumes, and any other text documents.  The following skills will be covered:

Canva.com, a free, easy to use online graphic design program, is an excellent tool for creating professional, vibrant digital content, including résumés.  It features hundreds of templates for all kinds of job seekers.

Participants will learn: Drum programming fundamentals, groove and tempo selection, basic chord progressions, bassline writing, arrangement (intro/verse/hook/bridge), and exporting files for collaboration.

Computers can seem intimidating to many, regardless of age. Even young adults, as well as seniors can use a helping hand.

This is an ongoing class for beginners and those with little experience with computers. 

This class will be held from 11-12:30 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. 

One on one technical assistance on tablet, laptop or smart device including accessing the library's digital services. (This is not a formal class).

This beginner-friendly workshop introduces participants to Adobe Photoshop through a hands-on, step-by-step project. Attendees will start with a dull, unedited photo and transform it into a vibrant, visually compelling image.
