Come join us in the Tai Chi exercise program! It will improve your pain relief, flexibility, body strength and relaxation.

Every hero has to face obstacles and challenge during their adventures. Test your ability to answer riddles, keep your balance in an alligator pit, and jump across a canyon. 

Participate in a yoga experience to stretch the body and soothe the mind.

Join us for our weekly Zumba fitness class. It's an excellent workout that will allow you to burn calories while having fun. It will also strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility.

Join us Tuesday evenings for our Pickleball 101 program on our 3 courts in the Benjamin L. Hooks Library parking lot! We have balls and paddles for folks to use, but feel free to bring your own. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

This event occurs for four consecutive Wednesdays:     July 10, 17, 24, 31 6.30pm-7.30pm
