One of the longest running book clubs in the MPL system, the Central Readers Club meets regularly on the 2nd Monday evening of each month.

Attendees will be discussing the book of the month. 

Kick off 2026 with a deep dive into identity and empowerment!

Our book club is for adults willing to try different types of books from those usually read: new authors, new subjects, and new genre.  We meet the third Tuesday of every month, 11:00 – 12:00, in the library’s meeting room.   

East Shelby Book Lovers Club will meet Tuesday, January 20, 2026, @ 1:30 pm, in the conference room at East Shelby Branch Library for our 🎊🎇🎉 "Annual Book Selection Meeting" 🎊🎇🎉. We'll choose what we will read for 2026!
