Imagine! Build! Share!  Join us at South each Thursday at 4pm to build amazing Lego creations to be displayed and added to our growing archive of builds!

Children and Tweens will have the ability to utilize the incredible Maker Space we have at Orange Mound. STEM equipment includes a 3D printer, Bee-Bots, Makey Makey's, Sphero Indi's, Snap Circuits, and Sphero Bolt+'s. 

Build English skills in a relaxed, friendly environment, meet other English learners, and practice speaking and listening skills in small groups.

Join our weekly Zumba fitness class. It's an excellent workout that will allow you to burn calories while having fun. It will also strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility. Please plan to be on time.

Canva.com, a free, easy to use online graphic design program, is an excellent tool for creating professional, vibrant digital content, including résumés.  It features hundreds of templates for all kinds of job seekers.

Sensory Storytime is a welcoming interactive environment designed for sensory seeking children with autism or other sensory integration challenges.

This event is limited to the first 30 children. Please arrive early to secure your spot!

Mapping Our Changing Green Spaces: A Community Learning Activity

Join us for two-hours of casual chess. Players of all levels and ages welcome. Participation is first come, first served as space allows.

Join us for a generative writing workspace where writers of all ages can work to complete individual projects, follow a weekly prompt, or recharge your writerly battery by reading.

Walk a mile and get a free book! We are going to walk from the library entrance, complete the walking path around the Bert Ferguson community center (approx. 1 mile), and return to the library.

The SANKOFA GENEALOGY & HISTORY SOCIETY organized in January 2015. It is an informal group of like-minded genealogy enthusiasts who gather to discuss, share, and learn how to preserve  and document family history.

This session will cover customer service, budgeting and cash flow, and financial literacy.

Join us for the fifth annual Juneteenth arts Fest at Cordova Library!

Support local Memphis vendors, enjoy live performances, and bring the kids for a Juneteenth-themed story time. All ages welcome and no registration needed.
