Join us for a fun aerobics exercise with Ms. Linda Epps. It's a great way enjoying exercising while allowing you to stretch and improve flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. 

A beginning Spanish class designed for students that have no familiarity with the language. Registration not necessary and we can start you with our beginners group and work you up to our advanced group.

Learners aged 65+ are invited to register for this one-time Creative Aging Studio Workshop.  Participants create an original mosaic piece,  All supplies are provided.

Gather around and enjoy a good story followed by a crafting activity.

Adult participants come out and enjoy various provided games; interacting with peers and establishing relationships with others.

Eat Well, Feel Well is a series of seven lessons sponsored by the UT-TSU Shelby County Extension that will cover the topics of nutrition, physical activity and food safety. Eat Well, Feel Well focuses on the unique needs of older adults.

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet & greet program will be held at the Wild Encounter location. The storytime event will occur during the zoo's Free TN Tuesday hours.

SEW COOL is an embroidery group for teens of all levels. Bring your own project to work on or practice learning basic stitches. Want to join but don't have your own hoop or fabric?

Kids age 6-12 can come and read to our sweet reading therapy dog, Lovie. Books will be available for children to read, or they may bring their own.

Every Tuesday from 4-5pm come and sharpen your reading skills. This group is for Pre-k to 5th grade.
