Event Details

Booker T. Leigh is a retired extension agent who worked for more than 30 years for the University of TN Extension Service. Part of his job included presenting and sharing information related to gardening, lawn care, tree disease, vegetable gardens, disease identification, and other things related to horticulture. 

In this program, you will learn the following:

  • The type of soil that is best for your garden
  • What vegetables are easy to grow 
  • How much sunlight your garden needs.
