Led by Successful Living & Economic & Community Development Corporation, this 4-part series is designed around how an entrepreneur can make as much money as possible in one year. Strategies for income include intellectual property, social media monetizing, real estate wholesaling, and e-book publishing/promotion.

Instructor Efrem Simmons has been performing business development and management consulting for over 34 years. He is a Senior Business Consultant with The Consulting Group Inc. and a Senior Trainer with the non-profit Successful Living Economic & Community Development Corporation (SLECDC)
