EPISTOLARY HEALING: LETTERS UNSENT.

A transformative 6-week letter writing workshop.

Unwritten words carry weight. What would happen if you finally gave them an assigned space?

Facilitated by Victoria Johnson, "Epistolary Healing: Letters Unsent" invites you into the profound practice of writing letters that may never be delivered but need to be expressed. Over six carefully crafted sessions, you'll explore the healing potential of addressing yourself, others, your experiences, and your aspirations through the intimate format of personal letters.. Each session creates space for crafting letters that may never reach their intended recipients but will change you deeply.

WHY LETTERS?

The letter format offers a distinctive potency that conversation rarely achieves. When you write directly to a specific recipient—whether it's your younger self, someone who hurt you, or even an abstract concept like your grief—you bypass your usual defenses. The page becomes both witness and confidant, creating space for authentic expression and unexpected discovery.

Each week builds purposefully on the last, guiding you through a complete arc.

Participants consistently describe feeling unburdened, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with themselves through this process. Many report that these "unsent letters" become treasured documents marking significant turning points in their journey.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This workshop welcomes anyone seeking meaningful self-reflection through writing. No prior writing experience necessary—only a willingness to show up with honesty and curiosity.

Limited to 25 participants. Registration closes 05/10/2025.
