  • Crochet Skill:
    • Session 1: Increasing and decreasing stitches.
    • Session 2: Shaping techniques to create simple hats or beanies.

This workshop combines social-emotional learning (SEL) with the art of crochet to help high school students build focus, resilience, and community. Each session provides a safe, welcoming space where students learn new crochet skills while exploring themes such as mindfulness, patience, problem-solving, and positive self-expression. Students will leave with both handmade creations and practical SEL strategies they can use in daily life.
