North Public Library along with the Renaissance Men’s Book Club is pleased to invite you to a book signing with author, former police chief at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and a former graduate of the FBI Instructor Development program, Raymond Andrew Clark. Mr. Clark will be providing insights on his new book, Memoirs From Death Row. It is a fictional story of the last hours of an inmate on death row in Tennessee.
