Learn the fundamentals of food preservation in this informative session led by Priscilla Short of Shelby County UT/TSU Extension Office. Participating patrons will receive a comprehensive presentation of various canning styles, including water bath and pressure canning techniques. 

This program is perfect for those curious about getting started with home preservation and wanting to understand the essential equipment and safety guidelines required. Join us to gain the confidence and knowledge needed to begin your own canning journey at home.

This is not a hands-on demonstration.
