The goal of this program is to raise awareness about high blood pressure, especially among those in historically under-resourced communities where people face health-related disparities related to heart disease and stroke.

Methodist is offering free health education classes for people who have chronic diseases.  Caretakers are also eligible to attend, with or without their patient.
