This can be a great family activity or just a great way to make some inexpensive self care item.

Get ready for Mother's Day and create a Teacup Floral Arrangement for whomever you celebrate! Teacups and flowers will be provided by the Bartlett Library, as well as instruction on how to create your own arrangement!
