Join us at Hollywood for storytime adventures! Listen as we read select books and spark wonder! After the stories, little ones can participate in a fun hands-on activity related to the theme of the day. Come laugh, learn, and explore with us!

If you shake your head, stomp, or pat your feet, clap your hands, or move your body in some fashion to a beat in a favorite song, you have rhythm and this program is for you.

Sign up for Raleigh's four-day Spring Break cooking class for kids. They will learn functional cooking skills, the importance of healthy food consumption, and how to cook some delicious recipes. 

Test your skills with a variety of puzzles to choose to put pieces together in a logical formation.

The first hand lettering session was so much fun, we're doing another one! Hand lettering is a creative and meditative way to personalize your things and make gifts for friends and family.

Local author, Warren Patten will be joining us to share his picture book and song "Can We Go Out and Play?" with the South Branch. Stop by to hear this book and play some games with the author! 

Join us for Genre Week -- a fun-filled week celebrating different book genres during Spring Break. Each day highlights a new genre!

Come to the Cordova Branch Library for the Spring Break Children's Author Series.  Meet and talk to a new children's author.  She can read her book to you and talk to you about the writing experience.

Kids can come and read to our sweet reading therapy dog, Lovie. Books will be available for children to read, or they may bring their own.

Our coding club is devoted to learning the skills of a programmer. 

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
