Family story times are a great opportunity for children and caretakers to come together, hear stories, sing songs, and work together on crafts or other activities.
Teens along with parents are invited to participate in an informative series on the impact of emotions of depression, anger, loneliness, or rejection. Founder/ Motivational Speaker Krisana Patrick of V.O.I .C.E.S.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library to meet local children's author Angela Guthrie. Listen as she reads her book, then stay to make a clay sculpture. For ages 5-12 and no registration is needed.
Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
