Kids age 4-12 can come and read to our sweet reading therapy dog, Pippa! Books will be available for children to read, or they may bring their own. Registration opens one week before the event.

Family storytimes are a great opportunity for children and caretakers to come together, hear stories, sing songs, and work together on crafts or other activities.

Come to the Cordova Branch Library for Kids Career Day.  Learn what it's like to work in a Dentist's office.  Plus stories and toothbrush painting.

Join us on Saturday at the Frayser branch library to view the movie "Akeelah and the Bee."  Actress Keke Palmer plays the role of Akeelah Anderson whose love for words leads her to compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
