Bring your tablet, laptop, or smart device and receive one-on-one technical assistance in accessing the Library’s digital services.  This is not a formal class and customers receive assistance on a first-come first-served basis.  

Joseph Oliver and a variety of skilled professionals conduct weekly classes with customers participating in hands-on repair and learning exercises. Participants will be exposed to the basics of electricity and electronics theory and repair.

Come join us for stories, songs and fun, specially designed for pre-school children! Groups must pre-register.

Hey Tweens & Teens!

Looking for something fun and creative to do on fall break? Join us for a 4-day beginner crochet class where you'll learn the basics and make your very own crocheted orange! 🍊

Join us for a fun-filled story time, for ages 0-2.

Toddlers and their caregivers are invited to Randolph Library for stories, songs, rhymes and a craft!

Students will learn the basics of screenwriting, including familiarizing themselves with the formatting of a screenplay page and understanding how to take an idea and turn it into a cinematic story.

Bring the family to storytime to explore stories and facts, shake your sillies out, sing and rhyme together, and more! 

This storytime occurs on Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

If you shake your head, stomp, or pat your feet, clap your hands, or move your body in some fashion to a beat in a favorite song, you have rhythm ,  this program is for you.

Looking for a way to set healthy goals or start an exercise routine? Join us at Levi as we move and groove with modern, easy to use equipment. Your choice, Your Pace!

Join teaching artist Carol Buchman for this 5-week introduction to mural making. Participants will collaborate to design and create a large multi-paneled mural.

Chicago Stepping is returning to the Levi Library! Join us every Monday from 2:00-3:00 and Wednesday from 1:30-2:30 p.m. as Ray Hilliard demonstrates the Chicago Style 8 count step-by-step while getting in the groove. 

Join us for a fun-filled Crafternoon, where kids ages 3–12 can explore their creativity with hands-on projects. All supplies are provided—just bring your imagination!

This is Session 1 of our 3-day Fall Fun Camp.  Children ages 8-12 have the opportunity to explore their creative talents in building a diorama based on their favorite book.

As part of our fall break, we will have a variety of games available for our children and teens to try and beat their librarians. There will be prizes and snacks.

The only objective is to put words on paper! Think of this as a NaNoWriMo "write-in," but for those of us who need longer than a year to write a book! Bring a writing project to work on, or start something new. All skill levels welcome.

Gather weekly for a fun and engaging story time.

This series will discuss how to turn your passion for writing into an ongoing career. You will learn how to network, get published and take advantage of writing opportunities.

Kids can come to their Randolph Branch Library after school on Mondays and utilize their creativity with craft making!

Stop by the South Branch on the 2nd Monday of each month for a special painting project! We'll try out different painting materials and techniques to make great pieces of art!

One of the longest running book clubs in the MPL system, the Central Readers Club meets regularly on the 2nd Monday evening of each month.

Join our weekly Zumba fitness class. It's an excellent workout that will allow you to burn calories while having fun. It will also strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility. Please plan to be on time.
