Music is an important part of life. People use music to learn their ABCs, exercise, work, and enjoy the world. The Star Center's board-certified Music Therapists use these qualities of music to help people meet their individual goals.

Build English skills in a relaxed, friendly environment, meet other English learners, and practice speaking and listening skills in small groups.

Participants will fold magazines into Christmas trees. They can paint them and use a glue gun to add decorative items to the tree. They will be able to make at least three Christmas trees that they will take home that night.

Join us for our weekly Zumba fitness class! It's an excellent workout that will allow you to burn calories while having fun. It will also strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility.
