This is an invitation to simply exist in the present moment, surrounded by warmth and understanding to manage stress through writing. This guided session will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and redeemed.

- Recognizing the familiar signs and symptoms of stress in your life. Has it been an unwarranted friend to you?
- Exploring how stress subtly weaves itself into your daily routines. Do you invite it?
