Join us at Whitehaven Branch Library as author Raymond Andrew Clark shares excerpts from his new book 'Memoirs from Death Row'.  Mr Clark is a former police chief at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and graduate of the FBI Instructor Development program.  Copies of Memoirs From Death Row, a fictional story of the last hours of an inmate on death row in Tennessee, will be available for purchase from the author.
