Event Details

Customers are encouraged to come for Levi for a free health screening and medical checkup, if needed, courtesy of the Tri State Community Health Center staff and the Shelby County Health Department. 

Their outreach booths will feature patient education related to HIV, obesity, hypertension, blood pressure awareness, heart disease, and diabetes risk awareness. They will connect with the community with education and provide answers to health-related questions.
