Event Details
In this class, we will discuss a simple plan to start your fitness journey, including how to stay motivated. The plan is designed for anyone who is unsure of how to begin or for anyone in need of some fitness motivation. We will learn and practice a few simple movements that you will be able to use at home, any time and without equipment. This fitness class is presented by Margaret Schauwecker and space is limited, please register here.
The first 10 participants will receive a swag bag of goodies including a pedometer.
