The City of Memphis has several taxpayer assistance programs designed to help seniors 65 & older, disabled citizens, and disabled veterans or their widows.

The City of Memphis Tax Relief Department is offering a workshop to help eligible applicants to complete their forms for Tax Relief, Tax Freeze, and Quarterly Payment programs for their City Property Taxes. There will be two walk-through sessions on August 8th beginning at 10:30am & 11:30am. Please bring copies of your ID and all of homeowners’ income for 2023.
