Get ready to steep yourself in knowledge at Tea Mixology! Join us for a session presented by the Memphis Herb Society, where you'll learn the fundamentals of teas and tea blending. Discover new flavors and create your own unique concoctions.

To finish of Thinking Money week the tweens have an opportunity to play a life sized Game of Life! Presented like a game show, each team of two tweens will choose career or college, experience payday, have unexpected expenses and more.

For Thinking Money week we will have a special afternoon story time featuring story and play to explore themes like saving, giving, earning and other aspects of money and value.

Join us at the Officer Geoffrey Redd Library for a special arts & crafts presentation presented by the Dixon Gallery & Gardens. Come create a flower just like the flowers at the Dixon. All supplies provided.

As Thinking Money Week continues we will have a special crafternoon that will explore themes of personal finance in ways that children can relate.

Each child will receive a pottery piggy bank that they may paint to their liking.

Calling all gamers! Flex your skills and go head-to-head with other gamers at Raleigh's Nintendo Switch Game Night. We'll have the classics if you're feeling nostalgic, as well as some newer fan favorites.

Ever wanted to get someone on board with a show you can't stop talking about? Or maybe you think that super popular artist is totally overrated and need to explain why? How about trying to convince folks that the ocean is basically a giant soup?

Using the book Swap! for inspiration, we're going to learn about bartering by having a swap meet. 

Get creative and add some color to your wardrobe! Join us for a fun tie-dye session at the library. We'll provide all the dye supplies— you just bring a plain 100% cotton T-shirt (white or light-colored works best).

Fall in love with a new book! Throughout this series, participants will "date" six romance novels of their choice. On June 12th, we will each check out six books and take them home to start reading.
