As Thinking Money Week continues we will have a special crafternoon that will explore themes of personal finance in ways that children can relate.

Each child will receive a pottery piggy bank that they may paint to their liking.

Using the book Swap! for inspiration, we're going to learn about bartering by having a swap meet. 

Get creative and add some color to your wardrobe! Join us for a fun tie-dye session at the library. We'll provide all the dye supplies— you just bring a plain 100% cotton T-shirt (white or light-colored works best).

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.

For July, A Wider Angle, our monthly film series highlighting independent global cinema, will screen the 2018 French comedy-drama Ulysses & Mona, written and directed by Sébastian Betbeder.
