Looking for a fun way to unwind and connect with others? The Orange Mound Game Lounge is an adults-only space where we play modern board games and just have a good time—no experience needed!

Calling all first responders and Friends of the Library in the Orange Mound community! We would like to thank our most important supporters by providing pastries and cocoa on this special day!

Are your gifts for others always easily identifiable-- and not in a good way? Or perhaps you typically stick to gift bags rather than wrapping paper, just to avoid the inevitable tangle of tape? This year, we've got you covered!

Join us to create your favorite family holiday ornaments!

Join us for hot cocoa, popcorn and a movie! This month's movie is Home Alone.

Let's make candy canes! Make one, two, or a few candy canes from pipe cleaners and beads! Go for a traditional red and white design or get creative with other colors and ribbons.

Join us for a special Christmas edition of our monthly Lego Club. Pick a mini Christmas ornament to build with us and then take home to put on your tree! We will also have our normal Lego for you to create your own masterpieces!

Join us on Thursday, December 12 at 3:00 to make special, original holiday ornaments. Using your own creativity, paint, and plain plastic ornaments you  can keep these for yourself or have a lovely gift for someone.

Join us at Hollywood Wonderland for activities, crafts, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself! Be sure to bring your winter cheer! This event is sure to bring joy to all ages.

Kids will enjoy crafting fun and festive projects. Each session is filled with holiday spirit as little hands design unique gifts and keepsakes to share with family and friends.

Join us in the roundabout outside the library for the annual Tree Lighting at the Raleigh Civic Center. This will be a festive event for the whole family. Santa Claus will be onsite!
