New to the guitar and interested in learning the fundamentals? Come to the Orange Mound Branch and learn the essential skills you'll need rock, jam, or serenade! It's B.Y.O.G. (Bring Your Own Guitar), but that's all you need to bring.

Connect Crew will join Stax Museum at their monthly Family Day event! The outreach team will do library card sign ups, free books, additional library information and more resources to the Memphis community and outside visitors!

Connect Crew will be hosting a family storytime event at the Memphis Zoo! The storytime and animal meet & greet program will be held at the Wild Encounter location. The storytime event will occur during the zoo's Free TN Tuesday hours.

Join us at Levi for a fun, expressive do-it-yourself series. The goal is to encourage creativity as you brainstorm solutions, experiment with designs, and find innovative ways to achieve their specific goals.

We will be watching Haunted Mansion in honor of Friday the 13th

Have you ever read a book to a dog? If not, now is your chance. Come meet Lovie, the library therapy dog. Lovie loves books and especially likes to be read to. Mysteries are her favorite. Choose a book, relax and cuddle up and read with Lovie.

This is the Python seminar portion of coding club, taught by our brilliant Dr. Karishma Gangwani! 

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.
