Memphis Public Libraries provides free notary services to the public during drop-in hours: WEDNESDAYS from Noon – 2 PM at the Central Library in the Business & Sciences Department on the 3rd floor.

Come get information from a representative with West TN Legal Services who will give a presentation on Wills, Living Wills and Advance Directives.  Bingo will follow their presentation.   We hope to see you then.  

Memphis Area Legal Service offers free consultations to the public each second Friday of the month at 2pm. Appointments are by first come, first served.
