Kids: Join us at your Randolph Branch Library on the second Saturday of each month for Lego Club!

Come join us for stories, songs and fun, specially designed for pre-school children! Groups must pre-register.

Toddlers and their caregivers are invited to Randolph Library for stories, songs, rhymes and a craft!

Join us for a fun-filled story time, for ages 0-2.

Bring the family to storytime to explore stories and facts, shake your sillies out, sing and rhyme together, and more! 

This storytime occurs on Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

Use different styles of spray bottles to create a water color masterpiece. 

Come and join us as we celebrate Juneteenth! The National Civil Rights Museum will host its "Small but Mighty Storytime" series that focuses on peacemaking, kindness, and positive social change at the Orange Mound Library.

Customers can bring their kids to experience simple joy by playing old and new games such as checkers, jacks, Tic-Tac-Toe and more! They can also utilize our XBox system for online gaming!

Teens and tweens are invited to attend a cooking class to learn how to prepare quick and unique meals. This class will be a fun and rewarding experience. Lauren C.

Kids will bring some color to black and white photographs with markers and crayons!

All Pre-K Projects will also include a read-aloud story related to the project.  

Join us for a fun, educational Juneteenth storytime! We will learn about this historical holiday, read some empowering stories, explore some of the ways people celebrate Juneteenth, and create our own Juneteenth flag!

An hour full of crafts and games at the Cherokee Library! A different activity will be presented each week. Registration encouraged but not required.

Have that dream destination you've always wanted to go to? We can't take you there but we can make a tile about it. 

Free chess tutorials for all ages. Beginners are invited to learn to play, and veterans are welcome to challenge each other to a friendly match of strategy and tactics. For this event we will meet in our main lobby behind the escalators.

Enjoy a fun and interactive story time where books come to life through music! This special session combines singing, movement, and storytelling to engage young children and their caregivers in a joyful, musical experience.

Come by the Cherokee Library and pick up a Take It and Make It activity! The supplies you need will be packed in a plastic bag. You may need to use some of your own items from home, like scissors or tape. 

Children will hear a story about Juneteenth with a confetti pop afterwards.
